About the project
Alex Lissitsa is the founder and president of the club
The Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB), founded in 2007 by Alex Lissitsa, was created as a key platform to unite leading agricultural enterprises, investors, and policymakers in Ukraine’s agricultural sector. Lissitsa, as the founder and current president, had a clear vision of modernizing Ukraine’s agriculture and making it competitive on the global stage. His leadership shaped UCAB’s strategy, focusing on promoting innovation, advocating for agricultural reforms, and building strong international partnerships.
UCAB organizes major industry events such as the Large Farm Management Congress, which provides a platform for large-scale farmers and agribusiness professionals to discuss global trends, innovations, and technological advancements. Another key event, the Doing Agribusiness in Ukraine conference, focuses on enhancing the investment climate in Ukraine, highlighting opportunities for international investors, and addressing regulatory reforms that impact the agricultural sector.
These initiatives, spearheaded by Lissitsa, have helped position UCAB as a leading voice in the agricultural sector, fostering collaboration between Ukrainian businesses and international stakeholders, and contributing to Ukraine’s integration into global agribusiness markets.
