IMC, formerly known as the Industrial Milk Company, is one of Ukraine’s largest agribusiness companies, specializing in crop production, storage, and export of agricultural products. Founded in 2007, IMC quickly became a leading player in the market due to its large-scale production and the implementation of modern agricultural technologies. The company’s primary activities include the cultivation of grains such as corn, sunflower, and wheat.
IMC operates large land holdings across several regions of Ukraine, focusing on increasing productivity and efficiency in its production processes. The company actively invests in modernizing its operations to ensure sustainability and compliance with European standards in crop production and agriculture.
From 2013 to July 2024, Alex Lissitsa served as CEO of IMC. During this time, he led the company through phases of active development and strengthened its position in both domestic and international markets. In July 2024, Lissitsa handed over operational management to his successor, Oleksandr Verzhykhovskyi, while remaining Chairman of the Board. Under Lissitsa’s leadership, IMC worked on ensuring sustainable development during wartime, modernizing infrastructure, and adapting to new economic realities.
IMC continuously enhances its technological processes, implements agricultural innovations, and actively contributes to the development of agricultural education in Ukraine by collaborating with universities and involving young professionals in the agribusiness sector.
